Can I pay with Paypal?

Yes, you can pay with your PayPal account. If you choose this payment method you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the order process to complete your payment. PayPal is a secure online payment processor that accepts all major credit cards. For more information, visit

Can I pay with a Credit or Debit Card?

Absolutely. You can click on the paypal link and it will give you an option to pay with a credit or debit card during check out. You do not have to have a paypal account to check out with a credit or debit card.

How secure is your website?

Your need for privacy is a priority. Because of this, we have taken the appropriate measures to secure all confidential information provided when making purchases. SSL (Secure Socket Layers) is used to safeguard against hacker intrusion. Any information provided for the purpose of processing an online order remains private and will never be sold to outside parties.

Can merchandise be returned?

We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 10 days for refund*. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Credit for the returnwill apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.

No returns on opened products, food/candy items or colored decorations such as streamers, candles, etc. Items personalized as per order cannot be returned. Candles shipped by ground during the summer months cannot be returned.

NOTE: Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. 

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

We do not currently offer deliveries to P.O. Box addresses. 

Free Shipping Exclusions

Due to the weight of glassware product a shipping surcharge will be applied at checkout. This charge is calculated based on the amount of glassware in your order.

The remote shipping fee varies based on location. It is determined by FEDEX and will be applied to your order in the check out. 

Is there a different shipping fee with candles?
Due to high temperatures between May 1 – Sept 1, we recommend all candles be shipped using our express method. Orders with candles may be delayed up to 5 business days. Any melted candles shipped by ground will not be accepted for returns.
